Founded in Belgium in 1977, Sonitron NV is specialized in the design and manufacturing of piezo sound components which are used in a wide range of applications, including life-critical systems.

Due to the evolving geopolitical environment, Sonitron NV closely monitors all applicable national and international export regulations.

Sonitron is fully aligned with all national and international laws related to the multilateral sanctions and the Flemish export policy.

The export control regulations are monitored by the Department for Strategic Goods Control (DCSG) and published on the website: https://www.fdfa.be/csg.

All important information regarding the export control policy is public available and can be consulted in Dutch under the section  “exportcontrolebeleid.”

With regards to the geopolitical situation in the Russian Federation, Sonitron operates in accordance with all applicable restrictive measures.

All sales to Russia, whether direct or indirect is on this moment prohibited.

Sonitron maintains a strict Internal Compliance Program for export controls and conducts a thoroughly “Know Your Customer” (KYC) due diligence for all exports.

Sonitron remains committed to ongoing cooperation and open communication with the Department for Strategic Goods Control (DCSG).
