Sonitron is aware of Section 1502 “Conflict Minerals” of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and will comply with all reporting requirements.

Sonitron, confirms that none of our buzzers (SMA, SMAT, SMAC, panel/Standard series, SRA, SVC), speakers (SCS and SPS series, Blue line series) or alarms (SAS, SAP series) contain any of the Conflict Minerals described as Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W) and gold (Au) or their derivatives sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.

Sonitron is using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template created by the Electronics Industry Citizens Coalition® (EICC) and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI).

Sonitron N.V. cannot be held responsible for any deviations in raw materials or components used in their products.

Additional information or reports can be supplied after written and motivated request, provided it does not concern classified unreleased production information and subject to cost calculation when information is requested from third parties.
